Five-bedroom holiday-home villa with pool and private beach on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
Villa II was delivered alongside Villa I for the same landlord, on the same one-month programme, but with its own identity so the two holiday homes would not read as copies. Both villas share the brief of resort-style living in the privacy of a home, with the same focus on durability for short-term rental.
The heart of Villa II is the dining hall: a dark oval table surrounded by olive-green velvet chairs, lit by a ring chandelier of clear glass globes, with woven pendant lanterns over the adjacent lounge. A black marble pedestal table on a round jute rug marks the entrance, and sheer curtains open to the pool terrace and beach.
As in Villa I, bedrooms were given custom headboards and generous seating. A deeper palette of olive, charcoal, and brass distinguishes this villa, with coral and black accessories, fresh flowers, and sculptural objects completing the scheme for the first guests.
