Leila Khalil is the founder and principal interior designer of Interior Design in Dubai. She leads the studio from Sheikh Zayed Road and works directly with clients on residential and select commercial interiors across the city and the wider UAE.
She is known for reading an empty room quickly — how people will move, gather, and rest — then turning that into a plan that is both beautiful and practical. Materials, storage, and lighting are specified for Gulf conditions, not only for photographs.
Clients are the focus of every commission. Leila is transparent about scope, time, and cost, and she balances those three so the journey stays clear from concept through installation. The studio collaborates with architects, contractors, and specialists when a project needs a wider team.
